Orders can be placed by telephoning the OHIO factory at (800) 362-0291 (U. S. Only), (440) 243-0200 or by your facsimile at (440) 243-4006. Office hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm local time (EST). The minimum ordering quantity of standard OHIO product is 20,000 pieces. Price breaks for standard OHIO product are at 20,000, 50,000 and 100,000 pieces. Prices are furnished by quotation on direct inquiry only and are based on the quantity per shipment, not on the quantity per order.

To avoid error, it is recommended, that whenever possible, customers identify the part or parts desired by OHIO part numbers shown in this catalog. Bills of Material and requisitions with accompanying prints should show drawings of part(s), dimensional information and part number(s).

Terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. Berea, Ohio to all accounts with good commercial credit ratings. New accounts whose credit ratings are not available through normal channels, avoid delay in delivery by sending a check with their initial order. Credit terms for subsequent orders can be arranged.

No products can be returned without prior written authorization. Inquires concerning return goods should be made to the OHIO sales department at the plant in Berea, Ohio.

All OHIO products are the property of The Ohio Nut and Bolt Company and are to be honored as such. This is to protect our customers from substitutions of poor quality, design and performance. All OHIO products, when used with correct welder setups, are warranted to give an optimum weld in the particular application for which the part is designed.Plated Parts

All parts are supplied plain finish, unless otherwise noted. We offer a broad line of plating. Please contact the sales department for more information.

Advance payment must be received before processing your order. Pro-Forma invoices are available upon request by mail or FAX.

2. Remittance Instructions

A. Remittance must be made in U. S. funds drawn on our bank. Details will be supplied upon reciept of an order.

B. The Ohio Nut and Bolt Company is not responsible for any bank charges, foreign or domestic incurred in international funds transfers. We credit the customer's account only with the U. S. dollars actually received. Please make a point of informing your bank of this policy when applying for transfer of funds.

C. Price in effect at time of shipment applies to all orders. Prices are based on quantity per shipment per item.

3. How Parts Are Sold

A. Stock parts are sold in even 100-piece increments with price breaks from 100 to 900 pieces. 100 pieces is the minimum order quantity. Example: An order for 642 pieces becomes an order for 700 pieces.

B. Quantities above 1,000 pieces are sold in even 1,000 - piece increments with price breaks at 1M, 2M, 3M, 5M, 10M, 20M, 50M, and 100M. Example: An order for 2500 pieces becomes an order for 3,000 pieces.

4. Shipping Instructions Required

A. When placing an order, please provide a preferred carrier or routing so that shipment may be made without delay.

B. Where UPS Air Service is requested, your UPS Account Number is required prior to shipping the order.

C. Be reminded, after an order is shipped, the in-transit carrier assumes responsibility of the freight from point of pickup.
